Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and strategic technology vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and assigned vendors.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, rebate programs, special pricing, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with vendors and present business performance reports.
• Ensure alignment of vendor strategies with organizational growth objectives.

Business & P&L Management

• Own and manage the complete Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned vendors/product portfolios.
• Drive revenue growth, gross margins, profitability, and market share.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, forecasts, and working capital.
• Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Track quarterly and annual business targets and ensure achievement of vendor commitments.

Channel Sales Management

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue through partners.
• Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and recruit new partners.
• Design partner enablement programs, incentive schemes, and sales promotions.
• Collaborate with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and market penetration strategies.
• Support key partner engagements and assist in closing strategic opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
