Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Acquire new high-value retail clients via networking and referrals.
- Complete KYC and compliance checks during client onboarding.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and requests.
- Monitor account activities and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Advisory & Cross-Selling:
- Assess personal financial goals and risk appetites.
- Cross-sell banking products like mortgages, credit cards, and insurance.
- Recommend investment and wealth management options
