Role

As Team Manager in PPC, you will report to Section Head - PPC. You will be responsible to ensure Production Planning of Frame & Engine Assy. & adherence of the same as per Central Planning/Marketing demand. Ensure daily/weekly SKU adherence. Control Material issuance, WIP’s, part Inventories. BOM validation, New model planning, Daily EMF planning, contractual manpower management.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• HM3H Production Planning and Adherence w.r.t. Marketing Plan 
• Operational excellence using TPM methodology & creating healthy work environment 
• Maximizing Profitability by optimizing Product Cost
• Initiatives to enhance innovation
• To achieve IMS and EnMS objectives through adherence of systems and procedures for resource conservation in Section 

A Day in the life

• Prepare day wise Plans.
• Conduct Reviews of SKU adherence.Ensure Min. Loss from PPC,Daily Production Reviews,
• Weekly Parts Perpetual Inventory, PM of Hangers and Trolleys
  
• MHE's Maintenance as per PM plan,
• Adherence to MHE TPM plan in frame Assy. & engine Assy. Area.
• Manpower Productivity Reviews & contractual manpower management. 

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• SAP PP Module and EMF
• TPM
• Inventory management
• Production Planning

Behavioural Skills

Interpersonal Skill,
Quick Decision Making
Coordination with multiple stakeholders
Expert in Microsoft Excel and PPT
