As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application to function efficiently. This role includes modeling the application s data architecture, ensuring that data storage solutions are well-organized and scalable, and integrating various data sources to support seamless application performance. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and collaborating with different teams to align the data framework with overall project goals, ensuring that the application s data backbone is robust and adaptable to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of data models that support business requirements and technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data architecture aligns with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices and architectural standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices.
- Experience with data integration techniques and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to data architecture challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Reltio.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
