Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and technical execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong experience in project lifecycle management within SAP environments.
- Ability to customize and configure SAP Project System modules to meet business requirements.
- Skilled in integrating SAP PS with other enterprise systems and modules.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP PS issues.
- Familiarity with software development practices and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
