Roles & Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Transformation PMO is responsible for driving execution excellence across the Supply Chain organization by managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning Planning, Procurement, EMS/Outsourced Manufacturing, Logistics, AI, Digital, Analytics, and Operational Excellence.
This role serves as the central coordination point across all transformation programs, ensuring projects remain on track, interdependencies are managed, risks are escalated early, and leadership has visibility into overall portfolio health and business impact.
The successful candidate will bring strong project management discipline, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Governance
• Maintain and govern an integrated portfolio of 100+ projects and initiatives.
• Establish common project management standards, tools, and reporting processes.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure consistent execution discipline across programs.
• Drive accountability for project commitments and timelines.
Transformation Program Coordination
Coordinate initiatives across:
• Supply Chain Planning
• Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
• EMS / Outsourced Manufacturing
• Logistics & Distribution
• Digital Transformation
• AI & Automation
• Data & Analytics
• Productivity Programs
Act as the connective tissue between teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Leadership Visibility & Reporting
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio scorecards.
• Provide regular updates on project health and progress.
• Highlight risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and decisions required.
• Recommend corrective actions where intervention is needed.
• Support monthly operating reviews and transformation reviews.
Risk & Dependency Management
• Establish robust risk management processes.
• Identify interdependencies across projects.
• Escalate issues proactively before they impact delivery.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional execution challenges.
• Ensure mitigation plans are developed and executed.
Benefits Tracking & Value Realization
Monitor and report value delivered through transformation initiatives including:
• Cost reduction
• Productivity improvement
• Inventory reduction
• Service improvements
• Lead-time reduction
• Automation benefits
• Digital adoption metrics
Ensure business benefits are tracked and realized.
PMO Capability Development
• Introduce best practices in project and portfolio management.
• Train project managers and workstream leaders.
• Promote a culture of accountability and execution excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and reporting processes.
Mandatory Skills:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Operations Excellence, or Transformation roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting large transformation initiatives preferred.
Skills
• Strong program and portfolio management capabilities.
• Excellent project planning and execution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in executive reporting and dashboard development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
