Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in designing, building, and refining solutions that enhance client services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes to support scalable applications.
- Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
