Lead – Marketing Strategy
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing and implementing project-specific and corporate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support annual marketing plans, budget allocation, and strategic initiatives for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct market assessments to identify customer trends, demand patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new project launches and sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and customer behavior analysis to identify target audience segments.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor real estate market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare strategic recommendations based on market intelligence and business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing and communication activities.
- Support initiatives to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and customer perception.
- Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for development of marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across online and offline channels.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, events, and social media platforms.
- Track campaign performance and suggest optimization measures to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for campaign deployment and execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing activities within approved budgets.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Track lead generation effectiveness and marketing funnel performance.
- Analyze customer acquisition costs, lead conversion metrics, and campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare marketing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management reviews.
- Monitor project-wise marketing performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Analyze campaign ROI and business impact of marketing investments.
- Present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Product Development, Design, Finance, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with channel partners and vendors for marketing initiatives.
- Support leadership in strategic marketing projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, Business Management, or related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Business Development, Market Research, or Strategic Marketing.
- Preferably from Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer-focused industries.
- Experience in campaign management, market intelligence, customer analytics, and lead generation strategies.
- Exposure to project launches, branding initiatives, and performance marketing will be preferred.
