Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The individual sets and maintains platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across teams and proactive management of evolving technical landscapes are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring the solutions remain robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Infrastructure As Code (IaC), Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platform architecture and service orchestration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize deployment processes to improve reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to support infrastructure management and application lifecycle.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
