What we are looking for ?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Applied Sales Professional to drive business growth and achieve the FY-27 Applied Sales Plan in the Chennai region. The role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering customized HVAC applied solutions to industrial, commercial, healthcare, data center, and infrastructure customers.

The incumbent will build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, understand customer requirements, and position high-value HVAC solutions including chillers, airside systems, controls, and service offerings. This role carries significant revenue responsibility and requires strong technical and commercial acumen.

What will you do?

• Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue and margin targets for HVAC Applied Systems.
• Manage and grow relationships with key consultants, contractors, end users, developers, and channel partners.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across Chennai and surrounding markets.
• Engage with senior customer stakeholders to understand business needs and propose customized HVAC solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and successfully close orders.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, service, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer requirements.
• Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and provide regular business forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and ethical business practices.

What we look for ?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in HVAC Applied Sales, Chillers, Industrial Refrigeration, or Building Solutions sales.
• Strong understanding of chilled water systems, HVAC applications, and project sales.
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and managing large customer accounts.
• Experience working with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end users.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in selling Chillers, Applied HVAC Systems, Controls, or Building Management Solutions.
• Exposure to Industrial, Commercial Buildings, Healthcare, Pharma, Data Centers, or Infrastructure segments.
• Strong network within the Chennai HVAC market.
