Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT service management platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with configuration management and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
