Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js.
- Experience in component-based architecture and state management within Vue.js applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Vue.js.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
