Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.
Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
Good to have skills : ServiceNow ITOM Discovery
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs (Google Gemini or equivalent). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered enterprise solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and integrating AI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using Google Gemini(preferred) or other Generative AI/LLMs.
Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and automation solutions using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST APIs and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance while following secure coding and development standards.
Required Skills:
Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs, such as Google Gemini or comparable AI platforms, including prompt engineering and AI
integration.
* GenAI knowledge would be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of Python for application development, automation, and API integration.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
