Customer Support Specialist1Job Description: Customer Support Engineer (JavaScript Knowledge is mandatory)
ERP / Functional Knowledge
- Understanding of ERP concepts such as AP and SO
- Ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts would be a plus
Customer Support
- Handle customer-reported issues from initial investigation through resolution.
- Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, findings, and expected resolution.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development & Support.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
