Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role is committed to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and applies thorough understanding of the product to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions and support activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve team processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud service management and deployment within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to platform-as-a-service components and integrations.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes of application issues.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting tools to streamline support tasks and incident resolution.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
