Legal Manager_CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit_Jaipur
- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to credit card hardship assistance. - Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements within the legal framework. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to legal policies and procedures. - Handle legal documentation and dispute resolution related to credit card services. - Support the Hardship Assistance Unit by providing legal guidance and risk mitigation. - Ensure timely and accurate legal reporting and case management. - Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting credit card operations. - Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements related to credit card hardship cases. - Facilitate communication between legal, compliance, and operational teams to streamline processes.Job role
