Branch Manager_Branch Banking-Service_Chennai
- Responsible for managing the overall operations of a bank branch ensuring smooth functioning. - Oversee customer service, sales, and service delivery within the branch. - Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business targets and maintain compliance. - Handle branch administration, cash management, and risk mitigation. - Ensure adherence to banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards. - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance branch business. - Coordinate with higher management and other departments for branch growth and problem resolution. - Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management.Job role
