Job Description & Summary 

We are seeking a Tech PMO to support and drive large, complex Financial Services (FS) technology transformation programs. The role requires strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and delivery assurance. Excellent communication and articulation skills are critical, along with hands-on experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models and the use of Gen-AI–enabled tools to enhance PMO effectiveness

Responsibilities:

• ·       Establish and manage end-to-end PMO governance for large, multi-workstream FS transformation programs.·      
• Run governance cadence including daily/weekly update calls, RAID reviews, dependency forums, and executive SteerCos.·      
• Own and maintain RAID logs with clear impact articulation, mitigation plans, ownership, and aging analysis.·      
• Lead update calls confidently with clear agendas, structured discussions, and crisp articulation of outcomes.·      
• Act as the primary interface between business, technology, vendors, and senior leadership.·      
• Define and standardize reporting formats including dashboards, executive summaries, and SteerCo decks.·      
• Provide insight-led reporting with trends, risks, root causes, and decisions required.·      
• Build and maintain Integrated Master Plans and Schedules; track milestones and recovery plans.·      
• Manage change control with clear communication of scope, schedule, and cost impacts.·      
• Support Agile/Hybrid delivery through release planning, dependency tracking, and capacity visibility.·      
• Financial Services platform preferred on Core banking (Flexcube, T24, Finacle, TCS Bancs etc), Payment Hub (GPP, OPF, TCS BaNCS etc.), Lending (Loan IQ,ACBS, etc.), Card Management Systems (Fiserv, FIS, etc)

  PMO / Delivery Tools:·       JIRA / Confluence / Planview·      
• MS Project / Smartsheet·      
• Azure DevOps (ADO)·      
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint·      
• SharePoint / MS Teams

Mandatory Skills sets:
·       PMO certification.

·       Experience with large, complex FS transformation programs.

·       Excellent communication and articulation skills (verbal and written).

·       Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation capability.

·       Experience in Agile / Hybrid delivery models.

·       Financial Services domain exposure.

Preferred skills sets:

• Experience using Gen-AI tools (e.g., Copilot or enterprise AI platforms) for drafting status reports, executive summaries, SteerCo decks, meeting summaries, risk analysis, and PMO automation, with strong judgment in secure and responsible usage.
