- Responsible for managing branch operations and ensuring smooth delivery of banking services. - Oversee branch staff and maintain customer service standards. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. - Drive branch business growth through customer acquisition and retention. - Coordinate with higher management for branch performance and reporting. - Manage daily cash flow and operational risk within the branch. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve escalations effectively. - Monitor and improve branch productivity and profitability. - Ensure adherence to service quality and operational guidelines. - Support implementation of new banking products and services at the branch level.Job role
