Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions meet evolving business requirements. The work environment is dynamic, often involving iterative development cycles and the application of modern methodologies to create efficient, scalable, and high-quality software products that address specific organizational challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead SAP S/4HANA SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Output Management.
Drive project delivery using Agile/Activate methodologies, including requirement workshops, solution design, testing coordination, cutover planning, release management, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
Design, configure, and support Intercompany (ICO) business processes within S/4HANA.
Configure and support Condition Contract Management (CCM), settlements, and accrual processes.
Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and work closely with development teams on enhancements and integrations.
Execute and support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, International Trade and integration teams.
Support S/4HANA functionalities such as Business Partner (BP), aATP, Fiori applications, and E-Invoicing solutions including EDICOM.
Mentor junior consultants and support global rollout and transformation initiatives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams across multiple geographies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, and billing within SAP environments.
- Experience in customizing SAP SD modules to meet unique business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to sales and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules such as Materials Management and Finance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
