 Roles and Responsibilities: •

 Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions, and stay updated with market trends. • Ensure a strong user focus by collecting and analysing feedback and conducting regular usability testing. • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment. • Define and prioritize product features and requirements. • Oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to release, and continually improve the product based on user feedback. • Use data analytics to analyse and measure business performance. • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features. • Test and accept delivered product features based on user stories

 Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience: • Education- Full-time MBA (optional). • Relevant experience- 1 to 5 years in BFSI/Fintech industry. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and influence stakeholders. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
