Team Member - Offsite Audit, Concurrent Audit & QA| Mumbai

To support audit and quality assurance activities through assessment of business processes, controls and compliance requirements. The role involves identifying exceptions, evaluating risks and recommending corrective actions to strengthen operational and regulatory compliance.

• Execute offsite audit reviews, concurrent audit monitoring, quality assurance (QA) activities, and control testing through data analytics. 
• Identify control gaps and monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and prescribed processes. 
• Drive closure of audit observations through effective stakeholder engagement and issue resolution. 
• Support management with meaningful dashboards, MIS, and analytical insights for informed decision-making.
• Identify and periodically review Control Points (CPs) based on: 
  •     RBI regulations and guidelines.
  •    Internal policies, SOPs, and circulars.
  •    Internal Audit and Concurrent Audit observations.
  •     Management directives and risk indicators.
  •    Ensure control points remain aligned with evolving regulatory and business requirements.
  •    Conduct detailed root cause analysis of identified exceptions and control failures. 
  •    Recommend practical, sustainable, and risk-based corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
  •    Support business units in strengthening internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  •    Escalate critical exceptions and control failures as per the approved escalation matrix. 
  •    Ensure timely reporting of significant observations and unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders.
  •    Prepare insightful dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations. 
  •    Analyze trends, recurring observations, emerging risks, and closure status of audit findings. 
  •    Provide actionable recommendations and management insights to support risk mitigation and process improvement.
  

Experience Range: 5 to 7 years

Qualifications:

CA/CMA/Postgraduate in Commerce
