Senior Software Development

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software applications using C#/.NET and WPF (MVVM).
  • Create and maintain high-level and low-level designs to support business and technical requirements.
  • Architect, develop, and support REST APIs, web services, and microservice-based solutions.
  • Implement software solutions that align with secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards.
  • Establish and promote coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical guidance to team members.
  • Develop and maintain automated unit tests using frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing effectiveness, and overall productivity.
  • Support software lifecycle management using Azure DevOps, Git, TFS, or similar platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor engineers and actively contribute to technical design reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Strong expertise in C#/.NET application development.
  • Hands-on experience with WPF and MVVM architecture patterns.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles, including SOLID and KISS.
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs, web services, and microservices.
  • Knowledge of software architecture and scalable application design.
  • Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with source control and collaboration tools such as Git or TFS.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent application lifecycle management platforms.
  • Knowledge of automated unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
  • Understanding of secure software development practices, including secure SDLC methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as OWASP guidelines and vulnerability management.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools to enhance software engineering productivity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, Profibus, and TCP/IP.
  • Experience designing solutions for industrial automation, process control, or related domains.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native application architectures and distributed systems.
  • Experience with .NET MAUI and/or Flutter for cross-platform application development.
  • Experience leading technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering quality initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring engineers and supporting technical capability development within teams.
