Senior Area Sales Manager - Key Brokers
- Drive business growth through strategic relationships with key insurance brokers and intermediaries.
- Achieve assigned revenue, premium, profitability, and portfolio growth targets.
- Develop and implement broker engagement plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with national and regional broking partners.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, operations, and product teams for seamless service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence to enhance market share.
- Lead renewal negotiations and retention strategies for large corporate accounts sourced through brokers.
- Monitor business performance, broker productivity, and profitability through regular reviews and MIS analysis.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements in all broker-related activities.
- Mentor and guide the broking sales team while driving customer-centric and result-oriented execution.
