As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
- Experience with integration design patterns and best practices related to cloud-based application connectivity.
- Strong understanding of API management and development within integration platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and their application in enterprise integration solutions.
- Knowledge of data transformation and mapping techniques to support seamless data flow between systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
