Job Description

Role Overview:

Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in Driving Continuous improvement, Digital transformation, LSS & BPR projects. Experience in driving automation projects leveraging Agentic Solutions or any other platform solutions preferred.

Knowledge, experience on various technology such as Agentic/RPA/IDP preferred.

Job Description:

• Driving Transformation project opportunity identification and execution.
• Provide expertise to leverage digital optimally for practical & implementable solution i.e., solution is in line with respect to business objectives, scale, and volume, identify necessary pre-requisite & limitations for digital implementation & establish ease of integration of digital solutions.
• Drives short-, medium- & long-term implementation plans with prioritized digital initiatives
• Work with Process/Domain SMEs/Managers to come up with Digital Roadmap & Weave Digital across business and create E2E transformation Roadmap
• Leads sessions on developing AS-IS understanding for digital: As-Is Digital footprint and capabilities through SME interviews, Qualitative and quantitative data analysis for building
• Sound knowledge and experience in VSM and process maps using VISIO preferred.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (Optional)
• Knowledge on Systems Thinking, Customer Journey in Insurance industry preferred
• Should possess good analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills
• Self-Starter, Confident, should be excellent in stake holder management (Internal & External) & Change Management
• Ability to work with people and teams of diversified / different priorities
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point & Minitab

Work Timing: US Shift - (5PM – 2AM)
