Sr Software Engineer

Associate should be hands-on engineer with deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong architectural skills and experience building AI-powered, data-driven business solutions. Associate will collaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing applications while adopting the latest Salesforce innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events and modern Salesforce development frameworks.

• Develop enterprise solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CLM.

• Build AI-powered business processes and intelligent workflows using Agentforce (Agentic AI), Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and AI-assisted automation.

• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data, perform identity resolution, enable customer segmentation and support real-time personalization.

• Design and implement Revenue Cloud capabilities, including product catalog management, pricing, quoting, contracts, subscriptions, billing and order lifecycle management.

• Develop and customize Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions to automate contract generation, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals and compliance processes.

• Build secure customer, partner and employee portals using Experience Cloud with personalized digital experiences.

• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC) and event-driven architectures.

• Leverage Salesforce Flow Orchestration, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions and modern declarative capabilities to streamline business processes.

• Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, code reviews and implementation planning.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive improvements to increase system reliability.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, security and maintainability using Salesforce best practices.

• Implement automated testing, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence through best practices and knowledge sharing.

• Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and evaluate new platform features for adoption.
