Senior Lead, Data Strategy & Marketing

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do:

• Shape and execute the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning data investments with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Translate business goals into scalable data capabilities, target-state architecture, and a prioritized portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Establish and drive adoption of enterprise data standards, best practices, and operating models across teams.
• Partner with governance, product, platform, and business leaders to strengthen data quality, security, privacy, and stewardship.
• Evaluate and recommend modern data management capabilities, including data platforms, metadata management, data catalog, and master data solutions.
• Champion the adoption of AI, automation, Copilot, and emerging agent-based technologies to unlock business value and improve ways of working.
• Define and track KPIs, maturity assessments, and value realization metrics to measure progress and demonstrate business impact.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and business case development for strategic data and analytics investments.
• Influence senior stakeholders and governance boards through clear communication of strategy, roadmaps, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Develop strategy artifacts, standards, and reference materials while mentoring teams on data strategy, stakeholder engagement, and best practices.

What you will need:

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related discipline require.
  10+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, data architecture, analytics, or a related discipline.

• Experience developing data roadmaps, standards, or operating models adopted across multiple teams.

• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and align data investments.

• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, data governance, and data quality practices.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience defining data strategy or architecture direction for a modern cloud data platform (e.g., Azure/Databricks lakehouse) preferred.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and executive-level strategy materials preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML and generative AI enablement within an enterprise data environment preferred.
• Data governance, data management (e.g., CDMP), cloud data platform, or enterprise architecture certification preferred.

Travel Percentage: 10%
