Summary:
In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the integration of security controls, and ensuring seamless transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous evaluation of security measures to maintain robust protection while supporting business performance and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures within cloud environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align security architecture with evolving business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security frameworks and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and architecture frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and risk management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable security designs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
