Responsibilities: 

• Manage strategy and roadmap engagements for clients, aligning business goals with IT strategy. 

• Lead global delivery teams across multiple locations (onsite, offshore, nearshore). 

• Oversee custom application development, enterprise application integration, data migration, and application maintenance services. 

• Drive profitable revenue growth through staff augmentation and contract management. 

• Set up and govern metrics, SLAs, and steady-state operations for large-scale projects. 

• Facilitate transition of applications and ensure smooth project delivery. 

• Develop and maintain order processing and credit card application systems. 

• Support business development, sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Project management in IT services (application development, maintenance, integration, migration). 

• IT Service Management (Service Level, Change and Configuration, Incident, Capacity, Performance Management). 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Agile methodologies and enterprise design thinking. 

• Technical sales and generative AI knowledge. 

Years of experience required: 

15+ years 

Education qualification: 

Any UG/PG
