We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Snr. Consultant to join our team in Noida / Gurgaon, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Senior DevOps Engineer (7–10 Years Experience)

 

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD strategy and pipeline architecture (Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines) across a mixed .NET Framework 4.7.2 and .NET 9 application portfolio (WPF, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, MAUI, Windows Services)
• Lead automation of build, packaging, and deployment processes across desktop (ClickOnce/MSI), web (Blazor/ASP.NET Core), and service-based applications
• Architect and maintain release orchestration using Octopus Deploy, including multi-environment promotion (Dev/Test/Staging/Prod) and rollback strategies
• Design and govern Azure cloud infrastructure (App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Azure AD) supporting Blazor/Portal and background services, including cost and security posture
• Establish infrastructure-as-code practices and standards for provisioning and configuration management across teams
• Define monitoring, logging, and alerting strategy (Azure Application Insights, NLog) to improve system observability and reduce MTTR
• Partner with development and QA leads to embed automated testing (Selenium/Playwright, API tests) into build/release gates as quality gatekeepers
• Oversee Windows Service deployment strategy and scheduled job/background worker rollouts.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in DevOps/Release Engineering roles supporting enterprise-scale .NET applications, including senior/lead responsibilities
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards) and Octopus Deploy
• Advanced scripting proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash for build automation and environment configuration
• Proven experience architecting CI pipelines spanning both legacy (.NET Framework, old-style csproj) and modern (.NET 9 SDK-style) projects
• Strong experience deploying and governing SQL Server database changes via SSDT/DACPAC-based release pipelines
• Deep working knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Service, Storage, Key Vault, Azure AD/MSAL, Application Insights) with architecture-level decision-making experience
• Experience establishing artifact/package management (NuGet, npm) governance and versioning strategy across multi-project solutions
• Experience embedding automated test suites (unit, API, UI) into CI/CD gates as a quality strategy, not just execution
