Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our eCommerce Measurement team. This role is pivotal in shaping the evolution of NIQ’s data flows to deliver scalable, high‑quality, full‑market coverage for the India eCommerce landscape.
The successful candidate will lead product initiatives end‑to‑end, partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are client‑centric, operationally robust, and aligned with NIQ’s broader product strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition of the India eCommerce roadmap
- Drive the execution of this roadmap, enabling our ambitious revenue targets
- Maintain and enhance our existing solutions
- Identify and build momentum around the strategic opportunities NIQ should consider
- Product Roadmap Definition
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of the India eCommerce product roadmap, aligned with commercial priorities and long‑term growth objectives
- Drive execution against the roadmap to support ambitious revenue and expansion targets
- Maintain, optimize, and evolve existing product offerings to ensure continued relevance and growth
- Identify, evaluate, and champion strategic opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and adjacent growth areas
- In close collaboration with Commercial and Customer Success teams, translate client needs, market dynamics, and internal objectives into clearly defined product problems and opportunities
- Execute with Excellence
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles: from requirements gathering and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Partnering with our Tech & Ops Teams, drive product improvements that enhance data granularity, merchant coverage, and automation capabilities
- Data, Platform & Front-end
- Collaborate across the broader NIQ organization to ensure products and platforms scalability and sustainability
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable guidance for Technology and Architecture teams
Who are you?
We are looking for a highly analytical, results‑oriented product leader with a strong ROI mindset and a demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑angle initiatives from ideation through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a strong bias for action and possesses the influence and communication skills required to engage senior stakeholders across functions.
Qualifications include:
- 5–10 years of experience in product management, technology, or business leadership, preferably within eCommerce, market intelligence, or data platform environments
- Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and retailer ecosystems
- Proven experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed organizations spanning Sales, Technology, and Operations
- Solid business acumen, including P&L ownership and ROI‑driven decision‑making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
