- Responsible for managing sales operations in the Loans Against Gold segment across multiple branches. - Oversee marketing activities and branch operations to ensure targets are met. - Coordinate with branch teams in Karnataka region, specifically Hubli, Dharwad, and Bhairidevarkoppa. - Drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies and operational controls. - Monitor branch performance and provide leadership to sales teams. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention. - Manage relationships with key stakeholders and customers to enhance business opportunities. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly. - Support branch expansion and operational excellence initiatives.Job role
