1. Implement enterprise integrations using IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
2. Work closely with product owners, principal engineers, technology leads to understand and clarify requirements
3. Design and develop highly scalable industry-leading applications and integration solutions
4. Analyze, isolate issues and resolve them
5. Produce system design documents and lead technical walkthroughs
6. Continuously improve the architecture and quality of the code
7. Grow and improve your skills by working on enterprise-level products and new technologies
8. Snr Engineer / Consultant & above: Develop Integration Solution outline documents
9. Snr Engineer / Asst Manager & above: Lead small development teams
10. Snr Engineer / Asst Manager & above: Lead Testing and go-live activities

1. Must have experience using IIB including design of APIs and ability to apply API Design Best Practices is a must! 
2. Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and REST integration implementations using the following:   IBM ACE (v11/v12/v13) / IIB (Must), and other integration products/platforms like MuleSoft ESB, Boomi is an advantage.
3. Good knowledge and experience with IBM ACE (v11/v12/v13) / IIB implementation, IBM WMQ, ESQL, REST API design, API Security and management is a Must.
4. Design Integration patterns and building IIB Applications ground up using message flows and ESQL. 
5. Must have extensive experience implementing complex Content Enrichment, Message Transformation using ESQL.
6. Must have extensive experience implementing Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Async Processing, event-driven integration using any messaging channels like IBM WMQ, Solace Pubsub+, JMS Queues.
7. Must have extensive experience implementing Batch message processing using Batch Aggregator and other Batch artifacts.
8. Must have extensive experience managing complex error handling, reconciliation mechanisms. 
9. Must have good experience in developing Unit/System Test cases using tools like SOAP UI.
10. Asst Manager / Manager & Above: Expected to have adequate cloud infrastructure skills for IBM ACE Platform.

• Any Bachelors or Masters Degree 
• 3+ years experience in IIB Integration and WMQ
