Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Research Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will analyze tech trends, competitor landscapes, and evaluate user behavior. The ideal candidate thrives on translating large, complex datasets into actionable narratives for our product and executive teams.

 

1. Competitive Intelligence
   • Competitor profiling
   • Market positioning and industry research to identify opportunities
   • SWOT analysis
   • Business and market intelligence reports and white paper creation
   • Quantitative  and qualitative research
2. Data Collection & Survey Design
   • Conduct primary and secondary research using diverse data sources
   • Design and manage surveys, questionnaires, and research frameworks
   • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and reliability throughout the research process
   • Collecting and consolidating of data into Excel or PPT
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
   • Analyze quantitative and qualitative datasets to generate actionable insights
   • Create reports(pdf or word), presentations(ppts), dashboards(excel or power bi), and executive summaries
   • Translate or present complex findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
4. Cross-Functional Synthesis
   • Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to consolidate information and translate research into actionable insights
   • Collaborate with delivery units to align research outputs
5. Trend Forecasting
   • Monitor emerging market and industry trends to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
   • Identify market, customer, and technology trends impacting the business.
   • Analyze historical and current data to support forecasting activities.
   • Highlight potential risks and growth opportunities through trend analysis.
     
     
     There are some technical abilities like -
     Power BI - Listen for: data sources, transformations, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), measures, stakeholders, refresh schedules, business outcomes, DAX(Plus point)
     Excel - Dataset size, Formulas used(Simple formulas), Power Pivot, Dashboards and Power Query(Plus point)

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

Graduate, MBA preferred
