Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of software solutions by thoroughly executing manual tests aligned with defined requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The goal is to support the release of reliable and user-ready software by maintaining clear communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets the expected behavior and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases to validate software functionality.
- Strong ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand complex requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development and delivery teams to ensure quality standards.
