Relationship Manager - MF Collections
Collection & Recovery Management
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Ensure timely collection of overdue installments from customers.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts through field visits, phone calls, and customer meetings.
- Monitor and control bucket-wise delinquency.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and group members.
- Educate customers regarding repayment schedules and loan obligations.
- Resolve customer queries and payment-related issues.
