  • Track market trends and provide actionable insights.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor junior leasing professionals.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking and reporting.

Industry Engagement & Networking
