Supervisor IPD Billing
- Responsible for supervising the billing process for the Inpatient Department (IPD) ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - Oversee billing staff and coordinate with hospital departments to resolve billing discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements related to billing. - Manage daily billing operations and support financial reporting related to IPD services. - Facilitate communication between patients, insurance companies, and hospital administration regarding billing queries. - Monitor billing software and systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy. - Support training and development of billing team members to maintain high service standards. - Collaborate with other departments to improve billing workflows and patient satisfaction.Job role
