   • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for stakeholders.
3. Compliance & Standards:
   • Ensure all designs meet relevant national and international standards, codes, and regulations.
   • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
   • Implement quality control procedures and perform regular audits to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
4. Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
   • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
   • Present design concepts, technical solutions, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
   • Provide technical support during the construction phase and address any design-related issues that arise.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
   • Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
   • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical skills of the engineering team.
   • Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.
