Customer Service Officer - MF
- Handle customer inquiries related to mutual fund investments, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, and account services.
- Assist customers with KYC updates, FATCA declarations, nominee registration, bank mandate changes, and other service requests.
- Process transaction requests accurately and within prescribed turnaround times.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTAs), and internal departments for query resolution.
- Verify and maintain customer documentation in compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and regulatory requirements.
- Support branch sales teams by providing operational and service assistance.
- Educate customers on digital platforms, online transactions, and self-service options.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
