- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Discrete Event Simulation.
- Strong understanding of simulation modeling techniques and their application in software development.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and translate requirements into effective simulation models.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in simulation and software engineering.
- Capability to optimize simulation models for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Discrete Event Simulation.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
