- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding them through complex technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end and back-end development technologies related to .Net frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications for performance and reliability.
- Knowledge of database design and management in relation to full stack development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
