What's the role?

As a Sr Project Coordinator, you will help drive the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives from planning through completion. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate execution activities, and provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and delivery commitments.
• Establish governance practices to track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and key decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business teams to align execution with strategic objectives.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery practices, release planning activities, implementation readiness, and delivery coordination.
• Identify delivery risks early and work with stakeholders to create effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI capabilities to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, RAID management, and decision support while ensuring appropriate validation.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and delivery health metrics to support informed decision-making.

Who are you?

You are a collaborative project professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and enabling teams to deliver predictable outcomes. You combine strong organizational skills with analytical thinking and effective stakeholder engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives, digital transformations, integrations, modernization efforts, or strategic projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Waterfall approaches, SDLC practices, release management, and delivery governance.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management platforms.
• The ability to manage priorities, schedules, risks, dependencies, communications, and business outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Experience supporting benefit realization, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP®, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent credentials.

You will join the Quality & Business Planning team within the Value Management Office, a group focused on enabling successful execution of strategic technology initiatives across the organization. Working closely with engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, and business partners, the team helps deliver programs that improve business outcomes, strengthen operational excellence, and support innovation.
