Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Document call details and update records in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome. ( non technical graduates)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
