Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization's structure and workflows to understand how business processes align with technological systems. This role requires evaluating the current operational state, identifying the needs and expectations of customers, and envisioning improved future processes or solutions. The position demands extensive research and the ability to collect, analyze, and integrate diverse information sources to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of business and technology is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Front Office Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Risk Management, Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Murex Front Office Finance.
- This position is based at our MDC8A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
