Area Collections Manager - Retail MFB - Collections - Warangal - Hanamkonda - JM
- Responsible for managing area-wise collections in retail microfinance banking. - Oversee and coordinate collection activities to ensure timely recovery of dues. - Work closely with field teams and branch offices in Warangal and Hanamkonda. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in collections. - Monitor collection performance and implement strategies to improve recovery rates. - Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain good customer relationships. - Report collection metrics and progress to senior management regularly. - Requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple locations effectively. - Role demands good communication and negotiation skills to handle customer interactions. - Focus on achieving targets while maintaining ethical collection practices.Job role
