Production Senior Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Need to maintain and repair equipment and facilities in the plant and ensure the inventory of critical spare parts & regular consumables. He needs to take care of all MEP systems (Mechanical /HVAC systems, electrical & plumbing/ Fire protection systems). Besides this, supervises projects related to capacity enhancement, line Relayout etc. The role also drives equipment reliability through TPM, Preventive/Predictive maintenance and Continuous Improvement projects.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Duties / accountabilities:

1. To oversee the maintenance operations of the factory i.e.,

    

2. Troubleshooting and repairing the industrial electrical and mechanical systems,
3. Diagnose and resolve electrical and controls-related issues,
4. To perform electrical and mechanical work in accordance with the plant safety standards

2. Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
3. Conducting regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
4. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize  

   efficiency.
5. Managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
6. Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs.
7. Collaborating with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to operations.
8. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment 

    history.
9. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in maintenance operations.
10. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for maintenance 

      team.

11. Interactions, coordination with Electricity board for ensuring continuous availability of Electricity power.

12. Should be good at communication and should be a good team player. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 05 years of experience in Maintenance& projects.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 

 

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Needs to take learnings from other plants and implement in the Pune Plant.
