Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler
- Dealer & OEM Management: Empanel new two-wheeler dealerships, maintain relationships with OEM partners, and manage trade advance limits. [1]
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise area managers and field sales representatives. [1]
- Portfolio & Risk Control: Monitor credit compliance and collections to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and delinquency rates (crucial for two-wheeler finance roles). [1]
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, local customer demands, and regional market trends
