Petrochemicals: Adani Group is making significant strides in the petrochemical landscape with the establishment of its inaugural petrochemical complex, named Green PVC. This initiative aligns with our broader strategy in the petrochemicals, oil & gas, and downstream sectors.The Petrochemicals Business Unit is spearheading the Green PVC project, which entails a substantial investment of INR 26,000 crore. This investment is focused on integrating the acetylene route to facilitate sustainable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) manufacturing. Currently in the execution phase, the project is on track to deliver its first product by June 2026.

Job Purpose: The Construction DCC Team Member is responsible for supporting the effective management of project documentation by assisting in the implementation and maintenance of document control systems. Contribute to the successful execution of construction projects by ensuring accurate and timely distribution, updating, and archiving of all project-related documents. Facilitate smooth operations by collaborating with team members and stakeholders to maintain high standards of documentation accuracy and compliance.

Construction DCC Team Member-PETCHEM

Documentation Systems Implementation:

Support the accurate and efficient management of project documentation by updating data in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and maintaining the document control system.

Contribute to organized documentation by assisting in defining and implementing the folder structure for document management.

Document Control and Quality Assurance:

Ensure consistent and accurate documentation by following the document numbering philosophy and supporting its implementation across the organization.

Maintain the integrity of engineering documents by managing their version control, revision tracking, and lifecycle monitoring.

Document Distribution and Retrieval:

Facilitate smooth communication and operations by distributing project-related documents to internal teams and retrieving files as required by employees and the organization.

Ensure project efficiency by updating technical documents and maintaining physical and digital records, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

Contribute to project transparency and decision-making by preparing reports on projects as needed, ensuring accurate documentation of project progress and issues.

Support continuous improvement by maintaining tools and processes for the timely preparation and handover of documentation to the Operations team.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Enhance stakeholder collaboration by assisting in the distribution of documents to relevant parties at the right time, ensuring proper and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Contribute to project success by ensuring documents are updated and shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

Educational Qualification:

M.L.I.Sc/B.L.I.Sc/B.E./B.Tech/BA/B.Com from a reputed Institute/University

Certification:

A professional certification in Document Control would be preferred

Work Experience (Range of years):

4-9 years of experience in the Petrochemical/Refinery industry

Familiarity with project management

Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
